Robin Lauer-Trujillo
I was born and raised just 2 blocks from where Lauer-Krauts is located.
After high school and college I worked for a family owned business for
11 years. I loved it. They had the good fortune of selling their business.
As things do, they became very corporate and I wanted a change. I had
always wanted to try a restaurant based on our families heritage and the
kind of food we eat. My husband David Trujillo said "let's go for it". So
with his love and support and that of our families, I opened Lauer-Krauts.
