Lori Lauer

Lori Lauer is my Mom. She is from a family of 9 kids. 5 girls and 4 boys. My mom can make a bologna sandwich taste better than the finest steak. Growing up, all my friends wanted to hang out at my house because Mama Lori was always cooking, and it was always delicious. I have to say she really is the inspiration of Lauer-Krauts. She has been right by my side here at Lauer-Krauts. I would have never had the guts to open my own restaurant without her support.
