Bob Lauer

Bob Lauer is my Dad. He is just an all around wonderful man. It is really something that he is not only my Dad but also my Hero. My Dad was born and raised here in Brighton Colorado. He is the one who taught me to make sauer kraut. He learned how from my grandpa Lauer, Martin. Martin also passed away when I was just 6 months old. So it is another blessing to have my Dad to teach me how to make Lauer-kraut!
